While we ensure quality checks, Kynzi:

• Does not manufacture the products

• Does not warrant 100% accuracy of seller descriptions

• May modify or remove listings at any time

• Is not liable for typographical errors, pricing errors, or outdated information

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the Website:

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Refund Timelines

• Prepaid orders: 5–7 working days

• COD refunds: Wallet/UPI refunds within 3–5 working days

• Reject claims deemed fraudulent or invalid

After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.

12. Third-Party Sellers & Marketplace Model

Kynzi operates as a marketplace, meaning:

• Sellers are responsible for their products

• Product quality and authenticity is solely seller responsibility

• Seller is the “merchant of record” for each order

Kynzi acts only as:

• Payment facilitator

• Logistics coordinator

Kynzi is not liable for:

• Seller misconduct

• Wrong product claims

• Quality disputes

• Delayed shipments

However, Kynzi may intervene to ensure fair resolution.

13. Reviews & User Content
