KYNZI – CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy explains how users can cancel orders placed on Kynzi, and the rules that apply to sellers, buyers, and the platform.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer (Before Shipping)
You can cancel your order only before the seller ships it.
✔ You may cancel the order if:

You ordered by mistake

You want to change product/quantity

You entered the wrong address

You do not want the product anymore
✔ What happens after cancellation?

If prepaid → Refund initiated to original payment method

If COD → Order simply gets cancelled, no charge

Refund processing time: 3–7 working days
✔ Important:

Orders cannot be canceled if already shipped

Some categories (food, personalized items) may not allow cancellation
2. Order Cancellation by Customer (After Shipping)
Once an order is shipped, cancellation usually isn't possible.
✔ Exceptions where cancellation may be allowed:

Wrong product shipped by seller

Shipped to wrong address
-
Seller delays beyond promised timeline
-
Courier repeatedly fails delivery attempts

Seller agrees to accept cancellation
In such cases:

Refund is processed only after the product returns to the seller

Shipping charges (if any) may not be refunded
3. Order Cancellation by Seller
Sellers on Kynzi may cancel orders in the following cases:
✔ Valid reasons:

Product out of stock

Product damaged before dispatch

Wrong pricing or listing error

Delivery location unreachable
-
Seller unable to ship due to unforeseen reasons
✔ What happens next?

User will be notified immediately
-
Full refund (if prepaid) will be issued

Seller may face penalties (5–10%) for repeated cancellations

Repeated cancellations by seller can lead to:

Reduced visibility
-
Temporary listing freeze
-
Seller suspension

4. Automatic Cancellation by Kynzi
Kynzi may automatically cancel an order in the following situations:
✔ Payment failure or timeout
✔ Fraudulent activity detected
✔ Buyer raises a cancellation request before processing
✔ Seller does not ship within 3 days
✔ Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
✔ Logistic partner unable to deliver after multiple attempts
Refund will be issued accordingly.
5. COD (Cash on Delivery) Cancellation Rules
COD orders can be canceled before shipment.
For COD orders after shipping:

Customer must refuse the delivery

Product will return to seller
-
Buyer with frequent COD refusals may be:

Blocked from COD
-
Asked for prepaid payment only

Account restricted for misuse

6. Cancellation for Non-Returnable Products
Some categories are non-cancellable & non-returnable once shipped:
❌ Food & beverages
❌ Homemade consumables
❌ Beauty & personal care items (due to hygiene)
❌ Customized / Made-to-order products
Exception:
If product is damaged, expired, wrong, or defective, the customer may request cancellation or replacement.
7. Refund Timelines after Cancellation
Refunds will be initiated immediately after cancellation is approved.
Refund Timeframes:

UPI / Wallet: 1–3 business days

Credit/Debit Card: 3–7 business days

Net Banking: 3–5 business days

COD Refunds: 3–5 business days (to UPI/bank account)
Times may vary depending on bank/payment gateway.
8. Multiple Product Orders
If an order contains multiple items:

Users may cancel individual items before shipping

If some products are shipped and some are not:

Only unshipped items can be canceled

Shipped items will follow return/refund policy

9. Repeated Cancellations by User
Kynzi reserves the right to take action if a user frequently cancels orders:

Limiting ability to place COD orders

Temporarily restricting the account
-
Blocking abusive users
This is to prevent misuse and maintain seller trust.
10. Cancellation Due to Pricing Errors
If a product is listed with:

Incorrect price
-
Incorrect discount
-
Obvious typographical error
Kynzi may cancel the order.
User will be informed and refunded fully.
11. Cancellation During Festivals/Sales
During peak seasons:

Cancellation windows may reduce due to high demand

Sellers may not accept late cancellations
-
COD cancellation restrictions may apply
Terms will be updated on the website for each event.

Users can cancel orders through:

14. Kynzi’s Final Decision
Kynzi reserves the right to:

Accept or reject any cancellation

Refuse cancellations for orders already shipped
